Simpleware provides tailored services for converting 3D images into Computer-aided Design (CAD), Computer-aided Engineering (CAE) and 3D printing models.
Our technical team can generate models and meshes on a contract basis. The services we provide can be customised to address specific user needs, including mesh size and the integration of CAD and image data.

- Choose to export data as surface/volume meshes, NURBS CAD files, STL files for 3D printing
- Specify mesh size and quality
- Define FE contact surfaces, node sets, shell elements
- Define CFD boundary conditions
- Specify material properties to be used
- Combine CAD and image data
Human body models
We can generate computational human body models from your own datasets (e.g. MRI, CT, micro-CT...), and can also create models based on our whole-body, high-resolution MRI and CT datasets, suitable for a range of simulation tasks (FEA, CFD, EM...).
Choose from existing generic models or configure models to your requirements (number of tissues, mesh density, solver formats...).
Models from materials and industrial data
We can also produce 3D models from scans of material samples and industrial parts suitable for CAD, FEA and CFD. Our software is compatible with a range of scan formats associated with the materials sciences and industrial inspection, including FIB-SEM and micro-CT.
